Bureau of Land Management Announces Scoping Process for China Mountain Wind Project

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking public input on the potential environmental impacts of a proposed wind power generation facility in Idaho, and may also amend the 1987 Jarbidge Resource Management Plan (RMP) to accommodate the project, which spans 30,700 acres of public and private lands.
