Flood Control Act of 1944 Project Proceeds in West Virginia

The U.S. government has approved the installation of the Lost River Site 16 project on Lower Cove Run in Hardy County, West Virginia, following a Record of Decision made by Louis Aspey, the responsible federal official, under the provisions of the Flood Control Act of 1944.
