Notice Inviting Proposals for Ownership and Operation of America's Literacy Directory

The National Institute for Literacy (NIFL) is seeking proposals from non-Federal entities to take ownership and operation of America's Literacy Directory (ALD), a nationwide database providing adult literacy information and English language learning programs. NIFL plans to transfer ALD to a private entity, which will continue maintenance, improvements, and public access at no cost.
