Submission for OMB Review: Request for Review of a Revised Information Collection

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revised information collection, the 'Annuitant's Report of Earned Income' form, used to determine if disability retirees under 60 have earned income that may terminate their annuity benefits, with approximately 21,000 forms completed annually.
