Indiana Approves Air Quality Rules for Lake and Porter Counties

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has submitted and received approval for volatile organic compound emission control measures to satisfy the Clean Air Act requirements for the Chicago-Gary-Lake County, IL-IN, 8-hour ozone nonattainment area, covering Lake and Porter Counties in Indiana.
