EPA Approves South Carolina's Clean Air Interstate Rule Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to South Carolina's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that addresses the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and the transition of the state's Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) Budget Trading Program to the CAIR NOx Ozone Season Program, despite a court ruling finding CAIR flawed.
