SEC Amends Rules for Non-Accelerated Filers to Include Auditor's Report on Internal Control Over Financial Reporting

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is amending temporary rules that require non-accelerated filers to include an attestation report from their independent auditor on internal control over financial reporting in their annual reports, starting with fiscal years ending on or after June 15, 2010.
