DoD Issues Final Rule to Remove Obsolete Text from DFARS

The Department of Defense has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to remove outdated language restricting awards to foreign entities for DoD research and development, as a statutory provision is no longer in effect.
