USDA Announces Environmental Impact Statement for Plant Pest Movement Regulations

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is preparing an environmental impact statement to assess the potential effects of new regulations on the movement of plant pests, biological control organisms, and associated articles, and is seeking public input on the scope of the study.
