US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Changed Circumstances Review for Certain Pasta from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce has finalized its review of a countervailing duty order on pasta from Turkey, determining that Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. is not the successor to Gidasa Sabanci Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. for cash deposit rates, and therefore its imports will continue to be subject to the existing rates.
