PHMSA Considers Amendments to Hazardous Materials Regulations to Harmonize with International Standards

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) to align with updated international guidelines and regulations, including the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code.
