EPA Approves Revision to Virginia's Clean Air Interstate Rule Sulfur Dioxide Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to the Commonwealth of Virginia's State Implementation Plan, changing the start date of the sulfur dioxide trading budget from 2009 to 2010, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
