FINRA Approves Proposed Rule Change to Adopt Rules 5210 and 5220 into Consolidated Rulebook

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt rules 5210 and 5220 into its consolidated rulebook, which govern the publication of transactions and quotations, as well as offers at stated prices.
