EEOC and DOJ to Host Town Hall Listening Sessions on Proposed ADA Amendments Act Regulations

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division will conduct a nationwide series of Town Hall meetings to gather feedback from businesses and disability advocacy groups on proposed regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008.
