Availability for Licensing of U.S. Patent Application for Soil Stabilization System

The U.S. government is making available technology for licensing related to a soil stabilization system, developed in collaboration with non-government co-inventors, with the goal of exclusively, partially, or non-exclusively licensing the federal government's rights to this technology.
