Coast Guard Corrects Public Meeting Location for Ballast Water Rule

The US Coast Guard is correcting an earlier notice regarding a public meeting for the proposed rule on living organisms in ships' ballast water discharged in US waters, which was initially listed at the incorrect Marriott Oakland City Center, and will now be held at the Hilton Oakland Airport.
