US Postal Service Updates Postal Regulations for January 2010
The US Postal Service has submitted a notice to the Postal Regulatory Commission detailing changes to procedures for calculating postage adjustments for First-Class Mail and Standard Mail items with high address inaccuracies, effective January 2010.
