Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags From Taiwan: Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Postponement of Final Determination

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that polyethylene retail carrier bags from Taiwan are being sold in the United States at less than fair value. Interested parties have 60 days to comment on this determination, and the final decision will be made within 135 days.
