US Department of Homeland Security Creates Temporary Worker Classification for Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

The US Department of Homeland Security is introducing a new, temporary worker classification for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, allowing eligible alien workers to perform services or labor for employers in the CNMI during a five-year transition period to the US federal immigration system.
