EPA Proposes Withdrawal of Hazardous Air Pollutant Rule from Petroleum Refineries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to withdraw parts of the 2009 rule regulating hazardous air pollutants from petroleum refineries, which was signed by former Administrator Stephen Johnson on January 16, 2009.
