U.S. Department of the Treasury Proposes New System of Records for Home Affordable Modification Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has proposed a new system of records under the Privacy Act to administer the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and related homeownership preservation programs, following public comments on the proposed notice published in August 2009.
