FHWA Issues Revised Environmental Impact Statement for Louisiana Parishes

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is updating its environmental impact statement for the Louisiana parishes of East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Iberville, Ascension, and Livingston, and is now including the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) as a joint lead agency, following a notice issued on February 13, 2008.
