TRICARE Eliminates Voluntary Disenrollment Lock-Out for Non-Active Duty Members

The proposed rule removes the 1-year lock-out period for non-Active Duty TRICARE Prime members who disenroll before their annual enrollment renewal date, allowing them to re-enroll voluntarily.
