TRICARE: Non-Physician Referrals for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy
The Department of Defense is publishing a proposed rule allowing certified physician assistants and nurse practitioners to refer beneficiaries to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services, effective January 1, 2024.
