EPA Announces Final Agency Action on 8 Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) in Arkansas Under Clean Water Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized eight Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for waters in Arkansas, as required by the Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 303(d). These TMDLs can be viewed on the EPA's website at http://www.epa.gov/region6/water/npdes/tmdl/index.htm.
