Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) Quarterly and Annual Performance Reporting

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. Quarterly and annual reports to monitor grantees and sub-grantees receiving Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Programs as well as to report aggregate data to HUD staff, other federal agencies, the Congress, the Officer of Management and Budget, and the public.
