EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions Under Clean Air Interstate Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Maryland's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR), with some exceptions, to address nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide emissions and meet CAIR requirements.
