EPA Raises Environmental Concerns Over Wetland Impacts and Requests Additional Information
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has expressed concerns about the potential environmental impacts of construction projects on wetlands and natural areas, and has requested more information on hazardous waste, noise, and vibration. The EPA is reviewing two Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) related to the Sears Point Wetland and Watershed Restoration Project and the Lost River Subwatershed of the Potomac River Watershed Project, both located in Sonoma County, California, and Hardy County, West Virginia, respectively.
