Hawker Beechcraft Corporation Issues Airworthiness Directive for Hawker 1900, 1900C, and 1900D Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive requiring visual inspections and ultrasonic checks of the main landing gear actuators on certain Hawker Beechcraft Corporation models to detect and prevent leaks and cracks, which could lead to loss of hydraulic fluid and gear collapse.
