Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for 2011-2012 Harvest Specifications

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and the Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) plan to analyze the environmental effects of setting fishing regulations for 2011 and 2012, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
