National Institutes of Health Grants Exclusive Patent License to ERYtech Pharma for Companion Diagnostic Kit for Cancer Treatments

The National Institutes of Health is considering granting an exclusive patent license to ERYtech Pharma to develop a companion diagnostic kit for detecting asparagine synthetase expression levels, a method to screen for the efficacy of treatments for pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, and multiple myeloma.
