EPA Proposes to Delete Statutes and Rules from Arizona and Nevada State Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove certain statutes and rules from the Arizona and Nevada state implementation plans, which were incorrectly approved under the Clean Air Act, as part of a broader effort to correct errors and improve the plans.
