Alaska Native Claims Selection

As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that the decision approving lands for conveyance to Doyon, Limited, notice of which was published in the Federal Register on July 30, 2009, 74 FR 38041, 38042, will be modified to include Secs. 5 and 6, T. 11 S., R. 17 E., Kateel River Meridian, Alaska. These sections were inadvertently omitted from the lands approved for conveyance in the July 30, 2009 decision. There is no change to the amount of acreage approved for conveyance in the decision of July 30, 2009, as these two sections were included in the acreage figures. Notice of the modified decision will also be published four times in the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner.
