National Longitudinal Transition Study-2 (NLTS2) System of Records Notice

The U.S. Department of Education is publishing a new system of records, the National Longitudinal Transition Study-2 (NLTS2), in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The study aims to track the characteristics and outcomes of students with disabilities as they transition from high school to young adulthood.
