US Withdraws Interim Rule on Agricultural Quarantine Fees

The US government has withdrawn an interim rule on user fees for agricultural quarantine and inspection services, originally scheduled to take effect on October 1, 2009, and delayed to November 1, 2009, in order to explore alternative regulatory approaches.
