HRSA Deletes System of Records Titled After Ricky Ray Hemophilia Relief Fund Act

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is deleting a system of records established in 1999, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974, following a request from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
