EPA Announces Public Hearings for Proposed Greenhouse Gas Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is holding two public hearings for its proposed rule on the Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Title V Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule, which was published in the Federal Register on October 27, 2009.
