U.S. Department of Energy Makes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Kemper County IGCC Project Available for Public Review

The U.S. Department of Energy has released a draft environmental impact statement for the Kemper County Integrated Gasification Combustion Project, a proposed power plant in Mississippi, for public review and comment, with a public hearing scheduled for a later date and location to be announced.
