Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Safety Zone for Use of Force Training Exercises in San Pablo Bay

The US Coast Guard plans to create a permanent safety zone in San Pablo Bay, California, to protect the public and participating crews from potential hazards during Coast Guard Use of Force Training exercises, which will be restricted to authorized personnel and vessels only.
