Economic Sanctions Enforcement Guidelines

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing final guidelines for enforcing U.S. economic sanctions, following an interim final rule published in 2008. The guidelines will help determine an appropriate response to apparent violations of sanctions programs.
