OSM Announces Proposal to Continue Blaster Certification Information Collection

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is seeking approval to continue collecting information on new blaster certification programs, a process previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under control number 1029-0080.
