EPA Approves Air Quality Implementation Plan for Indiana's F.B. Culley Generating Station
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved emission limitations for the Southern Indiana Gas and Electric Company's F.B. Culley Generating Station, including sulfur dioxide, particulate matter, and nitrogen oxides, as part of Indiana's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP). The approval aligns with the Clean Air Act's section 110 and removes expired sulfur dioxide emission limits from the state's regulations.
