EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Air Pollution Reduction

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revised rules to reduce particulate matter emissions from open burning, wood-burning fireplaces, and heaters, as well as the storage and transportation of coal and sulfur, in the San Joaquin Valley and South Coast regions of California.
