USDA NRCS Gives Notice on Buckeye Flood Retarding Structure (FRS) No. 1 Supplemental Watershed Plan

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of the US Department of Agriculture is providing notice that an environmental impact statement will not be prepared for the Buckeye Flood Retarding Structure (FRS) No. 1 Supplemental Watershed Plan in Maricopa County, Arizona, as it does not meet the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
