Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order on Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from China and Russia/Ukraine

The US Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission have determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and suspending investigations from Russia and Ukraine would likely lead to continued dumping and material injury to the US industry, so they are continuing the order and agreements.
