EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemicals Received Between September 7, 2009 and October 23, 2009

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a status report detailing the receipt and status of premanufacture notices (PMNs) and test marketing exemptions (TMEs) for new chemicals, as required by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) between September 7, 2009 and October 23, 2009.
