EPA Finds Tennessee Portion of Bi-State Memphis Maintenance Plan Meets 8-Hour Ozone Emission Budgets

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has confirmed that the motor vehicle emissions budgets for Shelby County, Tennessee, submitted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) in 2009, are sufficient for transportation conformity purposes, according to a recent notification to the public.
