EPA Approves Revisions to Arizona State PM-10 Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revisions to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department's portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan, regulating particulate matter emissions from non-metallic mineral mining and processing in the Phoenix area, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
