OSM Submits Information Collection Request for Contractor Eligibility to OMB for Review and Approval

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement is notifying the public that it has submitted a request for review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget regarding the collection of information on contractor eligibility and the Abandoned Mine Land Contractor Information Form, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
