OSM Submits Information Collection Request for Surface Coal Mining Operations to OMB for Review and Approval

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a proposed information collection related to the designation of Federal lands as unsuitable for certain types of surface coal mining operations, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
